中国代表们将如果在世界人权大会上回答

During the recent Universal Periodic Review of China's human rights record before the UN Human Rights Council, China represtative said:” There is no censorship.” (2009)


But the Chinese official comment to Google closing Google.cn is:” Censorship is necessary because it is required by Chinese law.” This is far more rediculous, against its own word to human right and free expression in UN Human Rights Council in 2009. This is not the first time the Chinese government lied. Well, every government will lie according to diplomatic requirment and social stability. But this one is much more than that, is to maintain its ruling power because it is so afraid to lose. Ok, I am not saying anything, I love China.

有意思的是，去年中国代表团在联合国人权理事会针对中国的人权状况进行普遍定期审查的会议上所作回应是：中国没有审查制度。


虽然。说谎常常是外交上的必要手段。但这次说谎也太离谱了。你可以说中国只审查色情暴力，何必把话说的这么绝呢？以后就算是说我们只审查sex，又如何使全世界人信服？中国在强硬的回应Google停审事件的同时，媒体造出一种中国自强的舆论，却不知此事已经连同中国许多反人权事件在慢慢的损害中国在国际上的大国形象。一个大国，不是说GDP多人家就会拜服。像这种出尔反尔的龌龊行为，只会让人生厌。

国礼部谈英使退出中国:不满英使无理指责

天朝礼部尚书，大学士纪昀今日早朝就西狄英吉利国大使马戛尔尼停止按照中国法律规定的外国来使面见皇帝要下跪，将英国使馆由中国内地（当时也就一个广州而已）转至澳门发表谈话（纯虚构）。这位负责人指出,英国大使违背进入中国时作出的书面承诺,停止对皇帝进行下跪,并就人权影射和指责中国,这是完全错误的。

这位负责人指出,外国公使在中国面圣必须遵守中国法律。马戛尔尼违背进入中国市场时作出的书面承诺,停止对皇帝进行下跪,并就人权影射和指责中国,这是完全错误的。我们坚决反对将礼仪问题政治化,对马戛尔尼的无理指责和做法表示不满和愤慨。

这位负责人说,1月12日马戛尔尼在未事先与我政府有关部门通气的情况下,公开发表声明,声称受到了中国政府支持的刺客攻击,不愿在中国受到非“人道”礼仪的影响,并“考虑退出中国”。在马戛尔尼一再请求下,为当面听取其真实想法,体现中方诚意,今年1月29日、2月25日中国政府有关部门负责人先后两次与英国使团接谈,就其提出的问题作了耐心细致的解释,强调外国公使在中国面圣应当遵循中国法律,如英国大使愿遵守中国法律,我们依然欢迎英国商人在中国经营和发展;如英国大使执意要撤走大使馆,那是英国人自己的事情,但必须按照中国法律和国际惯例,负责任地做好有关善后工作。

该负责人指出,中国政府鼓励中国对外贸易的发展和普及,促进对外开放。中国海上的交流和言论十分活跃,船舶商务等发展迅速。事实证明,中国对外贸易的投资环境、发展环境是好的。中国将坚定不移地坚持对外开放的方针,欢迎外国企业参与中国商业发展,并为外商到中国经营发展提供良好服务。中国对外贸易依然会保持快速发展的势头。

北京时间3月23日凌晨3时零3分,英吉利驻华大使马戛尔尼开发表声明,再次借刺客攻击问题指责中国,宣布停止对我皇帝的下跪活动。

Google中国的新家 Google China's new home

今天，Google发表官方说明，停止了Google.cn的业务，并将Google.cn的业务转到Google香港。

首先，这说明Google言行一致，品德完全在政府之上。政府从05年开始说要压制房价，从来没有实现过。

其次，Google对于中国自我标榜的“中国互联网是开放的，自由的”予以回击。Google开设一个网站专门监控其门下的服务有无被中国大陆封锁。其效果有如美国驻华大使馆在twitter上开设北京空气质量检测讽刺北京气象局作假一样。

而中国政府又该怎么回应这个事件呢？中国的山西疫苗事件还没有过去，官方的公信度正在降低。此时出手封锁Google香港，不该是最明智之举吧。干预香港地方再去折腾，明显是有悖于一国两制中港人治港而中央不干预的原则。

更加可笑的是，Google的检测网站有如一道镜子摆在中国互联网面前，全世界的人都看见了，中国却选择捂住自己的眼睛，还口口声称自己是开放自由的。除了让世界各国耻笑外，还能有什么效果？

Today, Google issued an official statement, to stop the Google.cn business, and switch Google.cn's service to Google Hong Kong. 
 
First, it shows Google keeping its words, unlikes the Chinese government. The government have announced to suppress housing prices since 2005, but never materialized. 
 
Secondly, Google China's slogan of "China's Internet is open and free" is hitted back.Google opened a Web site dedicated service to monitor whether the sects have been blocked in mainland China. The effect is like the U.S. Embassy in Beijing opened  air quality staute report on twitter to mock Beijing Meteorological Bureau. 
 
And how should the Chinese Government respond to this incident? China's Shanxi vaccine incident is not over yet, the official credibility is decreasing. At this time shot blocking Google in Hong Kong, should not be the most sensible move. Local Zaiqu toss intervention in Hong Kong is obviously contrary to the formula, Hong Kong people ruling Hong Kong and the central government non-intervention principle. 
 
Even more ridiculous is that, Google's test site is like a mirror placed in front of the Chinese Internet, the whole world can see, but Chinese chose to cover his own eyes to claim that the Chinese Internet is open and free. There is no other effect but to be laughed in the global world for China.

Final weapon for Google to strike back

Google has been losing its reputation since Chinese media used all negative news and comments for it. The four China portal websites: Sina, Sohu, Netease and Tencent, have used news and comments from Xinhua.net(the Chinese government media website) about how Google works for the US and be against to the Chinese  Internet censorship, law, and Chinese people.

Most Chinese people don’t know whether Google is really against which part of Chinese law, but they put this event in a way of Google is the tool of US government to fight against Chinese. Then nationalism people shouted on Internet:
Google, get the fuck out of China! (谷歌滚出中国)

As in this situation, Google has no face to continue the business in China. China will win a battle if Google compromises, at least Chinese media will thinks so, and Chinese people will follow them to think so. If Google leaves China, the Chinese media will think we win again, we drive the intruder away. Therefore, no matter what the final situation is, Chinese can always find a way to self-complacency.

However, is there a way to help Google to get out of this dead end? Is there a final weapon to let Google strike back? Absolutely yes: the list of censorship.

Censorship is the reason why Google want to leave China in the first place, Chinese government always persist in saying that censorship is necessary because it is legal and suitable for China Internet. But they never give an example of a censorship is against which part of Chinese law.

Every country has its own censor way to avoid sex and violence. But China is more afraid of politics. Like the media covered up the negative news about Hu Haifeng(胡海峰), son of current Chinese chairman Hu Jiangtao, had involved the corruption in Namibia. These negative political staff including civil rights, corruption, comments about China government, are truly destructive because more and more Chinese people are unsatisfied with government and very easily influenced by these negative things.

Once Chinese people have get this list of censorship, they will realize how many things the government have been lying to them. And they are very easy to be proved. Just go to an engine site, like baidu.com, type in any censorship word into it, and you will get no result because they are telling the truth. Then people will ask government to explain these censorship. Google will become hero again.

细数星际2代人族之BUG

最近下了星际2来玩，也看了不少的reply，发现最近的升级导致虫族和神族都被削弱了不少啊。而人族却是春风得意，MMG组合是横扫一切啊，我自己在打AI也都是出这个组合。现在特别是神族打人族基本上没有多少优势啊，我看过一个reply神族4矿打人族2矿，结果还是被人族的MMG部队打垮了。如果下次还不削弱人族，星际2还怎么玩下去。为什么人族这么强大？下面看看人族的一些Bug。

Bug一：强大的劫掠者

兵营中的劫掠者(Marauder)可以说是人族的主力，重甲单位血多，打建筑加成，打部队有减速效果，价格也比较便宜，可以说整场比赛下来劫掠者是一直存在的人族主力。如果不削弱这个单位，神族就始终要吃亏。

Bug二：医疗运输机

医疗运输机的存在让MMG组合更加强大，无论是空投骚扰，正面交战还是救红血兵回家都是非常有用。

Bug三：行星要塞

Bug，绝对的Bug。只要农民一起修，半队的狂热也打不掉。这个建到高地下面的分矿，不但能守住分矿，让高地也变得更安全了。

Bug四：幽灵兵放EMP

幽灵兵，又称原子(弹)兵，让MMG部队在对付神族有了质的飞跃，一个EMP就让神族损失了所有的护盾能量和闪电兵的能量，不朽直接废掉，神族正面部队一下子就不堪一击了。一定数量的原子兵还可以秒杀神族闪电兵。更加Bug的是，EMP技能还不用研究，而神族的闪电技能是要研究的，太不平衡了，太不和谐了。

 

人族的强大，除了这些bug的存在，也是由于MMG组合其合理的资源利用与有效的科技组合。同时我们看到被削弱的神族与虫族在正面上主力被完全压制的情况。建议把劫掠者的护甲削为轻甲，幽灵的EMP要研究；神族的蹑踪者至少要加强一下，不然正面就没有什么兵可以扛一下了；虫族的主力小强也是很杯具的，不能对空要万分小心空投骚扰。

Drink sake for the first time 第一次喝日本清酒

Bought a lot of staff today from Oriental supermakert next door, including Japanese sushi rice and sake(Japanese wine). This is the first time I dirnk sake.
今天去东方行买了一大堆东西。没办法，太近了想不买也不行。看到东方行最近在打折卖日本寿司米和清酒，就忍不住各自买了一点。我对寿司米的印象还是不错的，上次寿司做寿司，就觉得这种米质量很好，有很强的黏性。日本清酒是平生第一次喝。
 
This sake has 13 degree alcohol, but drinks like less alcohol than Dutch beer with 5 degree. Then I read the instruction on the back of bottle, I see some Japanese Chinese characters(Kanji). It needs to be warmed before drinked. And so I did, and it smelled very good with alcohol. That’s why the wine is kept in a pot to maintain temperature. It drinks a little sweetly. And it is not very easy to get drank.
打开来直接喝了一口，不由得大失所望。这是酒？味道也太淡了，还13度酒精呢，比荷兰五度的啤酒还淡。后来看看瓶背上的伪中文说明（日式中文，剩下的都是看不懂的假文了），这酒是要加热后喝的。想想也是的，电影里清酒都是装在一个罐里保温。然后拿锅加热了一下，果然是芳香四溢，倒小杯里抿一口有一种甜甜的味道。如果说中国的白酒喝的是豪爽，日本酒就是像喝茶一样小口小口的抿了。
The sake drinking way is very alike the way to drink tea. They both use a very small cup to contain water, just because if it drinks more times than a bigger cup, you can taste it more times.

上网查了一下，清酒不能在日光直射下保存，不然就变浑浊了。不过这酒瓶有一层半透明的包装挡去了部分日光，酒倒是清的很。清酒好像也可以当料酒用，加在生鱼上去腥味。
今天还做了虾豆腐羹和炒中国大白菜（货真价实的中国货，荷兰语Chinese kool）。不过超市里买来的虾好像有点不新鲜了。

中国为何热衷“高铁”？

2009年被誉为中国的高铁年，很多高铁工程在这年纷纷竣工。中国媒体于是出现了这样一种腔调：中国的高铁领先世界，比法德的多，比日本的快，美国更是没法比。中国最近又抛出了所谓的世界高铁计划，下连新加坡，北接俄罗斯，西达大西洋的高铁计划。

然而，中国造高铁本身就是个有争议的话题。高铁比普通铁路造价高，就是因为高铁把整个铁路造在高架桥上，让火车不受周边环境的影响，于是火车能开多快就有多快。但恰恰火车开的太快了，反而影响了周边的环境。中国大多城市规划中没有给高铁留下特定的空间，所以高铁进入城市往往要穿过居民区扰民。而国际上通常采取的办法就是挖地道让高铁像地铁一样开到地下去，这个办法成本虽高，但却是惠民的方案。中国目前没有采取这个方案，借口是太贵，却闭口不谈如何保障高铁周边居民的应有的权利。

高铁带来的种种问题，也往往被掩盖住。香港不顾部分市民的抗议，强行通过了造价669亿的高铁工程。武广高铁的停开部分常规火车导致“被高铁”。以及上座率达到“101.5%”，实际上部分网友反映根本没坐满。诸如此类的问题多多。

法德日是3个传统的高铁国，但中国说法德日的高铁没中国的快。为什么？是中国的高铁技术比人家的先进吗？不是。法德日三国的国土面积都不是非常大，许多主要的城市都集中在一个地区。像德国的鲁尔工业区，城市之间不过十几公里的距离；日本的新干线经过日本三大城市群，东京，名古屋和大阪。火车在城市群要频繁停车，又怎能提速？所谓的350公里每小时只是个最高速，平均能有200公里每小时就很不错了。反观中国高铁，并非是穿越城市群，而是连接大城市，中途有些小城市是不停的，所以火车速度就上去了。也就是说，中国的高铁并不是为这些小城市的居民服务的。

为什么说美国高铁也不如中国呢？美国的富翁出门，还用的着坐火车吗？自己都有私家飞机了。那没钱的老百姓为什不想坐火车？因为美国的汽车业和高速公路是是十分发达的。老百姓人手一辆汽车，他们如果没钱，却有时间，完全可以自己开车穿越美洲大陆。中国老百姓那是完全做不到啊。

各地方政府热衷于造高铁，除了面子上的业绩之外，隐约的透露出地方从中央的高铁投资中中饱私囊的味道。武广“被高铁”事件更是表明高铁是地方捞钱的好办法。甭管你有钱没钱，还要坐高铁，简直跟房价有着异曲同工之妙。

China “Two Conferences”, a parliament or a show?

The Chinese Two Conferences, as the National People's Congress (NPC) and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), have just dropped the curtain.



NPC and CPPCC can be seen as the House of Commons and Senate in western. The representatives gave their proposals and decided whether to pass them or not. However, there is a fact that, many representatives have no political ability at all, they don’t know how to make a proposal, or have enough economic and law knowledge to judge whether the government is doing the right thing. Some representatives never vote against some proposal no matter these proposals are right or not. They said:
“I never vote against any proposal and government report, because I am loyal to the Party.”
“I never vote saying no, because I am a patriot.”—Ni Ping(倪萍), a former TV hostess
“I just come to learn, I have no proposal.”—Liu Xiang(刘翔), a former athlete.



“China should close all the private netbar, and let the government runs them(and make profit from it).”—Yan Qi(严琦), the chairwoman of Taoranju(陶然居).  This is the most unbelievable speech against public will by a representitave who is supposed to speak for the public.

Another notorious speech is spoke by the sport department officer to the gold winner in Vancouver Olympic--Zhou Yang:” You should thanks for your country before you thanks for your parents.”

The most important speech is about the housing price by Prime Minister Wen Jiabao in the government mission report:” The housing price must be restricted.” For almost 5 years, containing the housing price is an important topic in government’s mission, but it never decrease.

Many economists believe that there will be a serious recession in China economy in the near future, because the housing price is too high which casues a bubble economy. Ordinary people have to mortgage to buy a house in the rest of their life. But the local government and land developers make a lot of profit from it. The real estate industry is the key of China economy is still growing in the global financial crisis and exports decline.

The housing price is the biggest issue in China society. If the government can not solve it, the public will doubt government’s ability(well some are already doing, but the media covers them up). And more people are questing these representatives, who don’t take their responsibility seriously, can turely represent the public or not.

人民战不是总体战

毛泽东的孙子毛新宇，在接受记者采访是表示，要用毛泽东军事思想指导未来信息化战争。

但当记者问毛新宇将军举个毛泽东军事思想的在现代化战争中实例时，他却举了毛泽东在抗战中用的“人民战”思想，说要动员人民去参加敌后任务，去打游击。这我只能说人家太孙子，不懂现代化战争的规律，把军事中的“总体战”思想跟政治上的“人民战”混为一谈。

人民战本来就是个被美化的词，在军事中的战术运用就是游击战。为什么要打游击，就是敌我实力差太大了，不得不保存自己的实力。一般的游击队藏在深山老林中，与世隔绝。毛泽东把这个游击战提升高度，将游击部队混杂在人民大众中，让日本人去杀中国的老百姓和国民党的正规部队，自己的部队却保存下来。这种做法就是强行把那些本来应该在安全地区受到军队保护的普通人民推到前线，让他们去保护军队，当军队的人肉盾牌。对方要是造成我方平民的大量伤亡，是要负人道主义上的谴责的。老百姓只知道是日本人杀中国人，不知道自己是在给八路当肉盾。于此，人民战的效果就出来了，在军事上保存实力，在政治上有道义的优势。

而现代战争中，这种做法就是非常不道德的。阿富汗的塔利班和伊拉克的反美部队，之所以屡屡得手，就是在利用当地鱼龙混杂的情况，造成美军士兵迫于人道主义压力不敢对扮成普通民众的游击队员下手。

人民战争跟总体战争又是不一样的。总体战争讲的是在现代，战争就是拼国家的综合实力。在战争中，虽然有些人没上战场，却也是在后面为战争而服务。典型的例子为，纳粹德国，二战美国和以色列。

二战中纳粹德国动用了其总人口的30～40%去武装军队，剩下的人都基本上为军队提供装备。美国参战后，动用了妇女去工厂生产枪炮。而以色列是在战火中立国的，国小民寡，深知总体战的重要性，所以规定全国人民不分男女老少都要服兵役，由此保证自己在战争中能保证自己的后备部队也跟正规军一样有战斗力。所以在几次中东战争中，以色列以寡击众，一线的飞行员，坦克兵挂了，后备的马上补上去，依然有着同样的战斗力。

总体战的思想是集中在经济上的，即国家的全体人民在战争中要为战争服务，不管是直接的还是间接的。但跟人民战中强调人民在前线奋斗有着本质的差别。

一个国家的主力应该是人民，而不是军队政府，军队没了可以重建，政府没了也可以重建，但是人民没了，这个国家就不能再重建了。我们不可能学苏联那样，计划发动一场世界大战，却不小心自己的人民都被核弹灭光了，然后在北极的冰盖下藏着最后的几艘核潜艇浮出冰面向美国发射几枚核弹来报仇。

现代战争，不再是比谁人多，而是比科技；不是比谁小聪明多，而是比谁的国力更强。从来没有哪个军事思想核心战略战术能够长久实用，人民战本身就有它的局限性，只能在那个年代有它的作用。未来要靠中国的科技和国力来保障。
